Come cozy up with other like hearted women as Monique creates a safe and supportive space to discuss life’s more meaningful topics. We invite you to bring your struggles, your questions and your reflections to the group. It is a place to be heard, witnessed and validated.
Our time together begins with meditation, Reiki with essential oil before we share around a beautiful sacred altar.
It is a mini retreat from the everyday, a place to be authentic and share your truth without judgment.
