Healing can take many forms—recovering from physical activity or injury, finding balance in mind and emotions, or nurturing the deeper aspects of your spirit. Our healing offerings provide opportunities to restore, rejuvenate, and reconnect with yourself on every level. From soothing sound baths to tai chi for wellness and reiki sessions, we offer diverse experiences designed to support your journey. Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention

The Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention Program is the same as Tai Chi for Arthritis program which was recognized by the CDC as evidence-based. Both programs have exactly the same movements and incorporated tai chi principles for improving health and wellness, as well as proven effective for fall prevention. The former has more emphasis on fall prevention while the later on arthritis.

Restorative / Yin Yoga

Restorative Yin Yoga consists primarily of sitting or lying postures that aim to promote deep relaxation, enhance circulation, increase joint mobilization, clear energetic blockages, and heal the body. This full body, gentle yoga practice will guide you through a series of passive poses allowing you time to fully release and relax. Physically, the poses in this class enhance the natural range of motion around joints allowing you the ability to release deep layers of connective tissue. Energetically, the practice will enhance the flow of prana (life force) in the tissues around the joints, where energy often stagnates. Restorative Yoga can help strengthen energy channels which ultimately support the organs, immune system, and emotional well-being. Relax into stillness and find length throughout your body.
