Barre & Beyond combines barre, Pilates, and dance-inspired cardio moves for a completely one-of-a-kind class.
Traditional barre classes focus on low-impact movements to strengthen and tone the body while Barre & Beyond takes things to the next level by incorporating intense cardio elements that are still low-impact What sets Barre & Beyond apart from other barre classes is the blend of cardio bursts and balanced stillness. Weights are incorporated to add extra resistance and difficulty to both cardio and traditional barre movements. This class is a fusion of traditional ballet, pilates, Piloxing©, strength, and more.

Cardio & Core

Cardio and Core is a mixture of body weight conditioning and core exercises using minimal equipment. The class is designed to get those abdominals switched on and work them hard. This class is suitable for all levels with plenty of progression and regression exercises if needed.
The Cardio & Core class is great for anyone looking to strengthen the back and abdominals as well as working on their balance, coordination, breathing techniques and of course aiming to burn calories and tone up.

The first program that Piloxing® offered, and still the most popular due to its groundbreaking and unique blend of lengthening pilates, strengthening boxing, and dance moves that keep your pulse high. Pump is a barbell program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level. Ten tracks light up your muscles and challenge your coordination and balance with new exercises and periodized patterns.
Pump will incorporate functional orthopedic strength training. Every movement plane is attacked using weights and body weight. Featuring safe and motivating exercises. STRONG FOR LIFE! The exercises chosen, repetitions we perform, and varied speeds we work at are all designed for one thing — to make you stronger.
