Dear Movement Works friends ~

Welcome to almost the last month of the year – which is a month rooted in the practice of gratitude. We welcome November with open arms and open hearts!

We are grateful to our Movement Works community as we’ve began to see more of your faces as we progress moving forward with our small gatherings, limit of ten, and we trust we shall continue to see more of you. We are also grateful to have met new qualified instructors who have joined our team. Our newest teacher is a holistic health coach, Hillary Carlisle. She will be offering yoga based nutrition workshops this month ahead which you’ll read about below. MaryBeth Ribar will also be offering a yoga workshop aiding in deeper sleep and comfort. Our front desk team has rounded up to be awesome as well and finding good help is such a blessing – for them we are also grateful!

In the words of self help guru, Melody Beattie “Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.” We encourage you to take heed in her teachings and let’s take time this season ahead to do just that – unlock the fullness of life and its abundances.
