Gentle Yoga + Restorative

Those seeking relaxation, stress reduction or a deep stretch will enjoy the soothing pace of our Gentle yoga + Restorative class. The class includes pranayama (breath work) which we will link with gentle flowing postures as participants move through the asana (posture) component. Props will then be used to support the body in a restorative fashion while focus is brought to specific areas, such as hips, pelvis and spine. This is an appropriate class for those working with injury, limited mobility, or those who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga.
