Experience immediate benefits as you gently strengthen and relax with revitalizing yoga poses and simple breathing techniques. Utilizing 1 – 5 pound hand weights (of your choice/also provided) this practice introduces more of a strength building element than found in traditional “gentle” classes. Combining yoga with weights and other props, such as blocks, straps and chairs, you will take your practice to next level as you will build muscle mass in addition to working on increased flexibility and breath capacity.
