Yoga for Beginner’s

This beginner class is designed as an introduction to the fundamental principles of yoga. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration, placing emphasis on student understanding, safety and stability within each pose.The class is slow-paced and focuses on connecting the body with the breath. If you have never tried yoga this is the class for you, designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga as well as those seeking to continue their understanding of basic yoga poses. All bodies are welcome.
