Both well known for active elongation, stabilization, core strengthening and breath work, this efficient 60 minute class incorporates Yoga poses and Pilates exercises for total body and core strengthening and overall wellness, both in mind and body.
Class begins with a focus on the breath and we end with a relaxing Savanasa.
All students are welcome, no previous experience in these practices is necessary.
