Class Duration: 60 minutes
Let’s Dance! is a class conceived by Patty Barwick of Fitness with Patty B. It’s a high intensity mix of dance-based cardio and strength training for a calorie-crushing total body workout. Dance styles, music and the overall intensity of a class varies depending on the particular movements you’re doing.
This cardio-intense, fun, follow along, inspiring dance fitness class is truly for everyone! Modifications are offered and dancer’s are encouraged to go at their own pace.
Please wear dance sneakers and be ready to sweat. We will be burning up to 1000 calories per class.
No prior dance experience necessary. All levels of fitness welcomed and encouraged.
