Vinyasa “Flow” Yoga

Vinyasa means “breath-syncronized movement,” and vinyasa is a series of postures that will move you thru the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smootly flowing and almost dance like, which explains why it is often refered to as Flow yoga. Recommended for those with at least 6 months of yoga experience. This class focuses on vinyasa style yoga (connecting breath to movement) and builds heat, strength and flexibility.
